By creating an account, depositing funds, or executing transactions, you agree to these Terms and all incorporated policies, including risk disclosures and privacy notices.
User eligibility
Eligibility requirements
You must be at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering binding contracts, and reside in a jurisdiction where our services are permitted.
Identity verification
We may require KYC documentation, source-of-funds attestations, and ongoing monitoring to comply with AML and sanctions regulations.
Account security
Credential protection
You are responsible for safeguarding login credentials, API keys, and two-factor devices. Notify us immediately of unauthorized access.
Session integrity
We employ encryption, device fingerprinting, and anomaly detection. You agree not to circumvent security controls or share sessions.
Capital instruments
Order execution

Custody & settlement

- •You authorize debits for purchases, fees, and regulatory charges from your wallet balance.
Fees & disclosures
- •Commission schedules, spread markups, and platform fees are published in your fee schedule.
- •Past performance of any instrument does not guarantee future results.
Managed portfolios
Managed portfolio allocations are discretionary within stated mandates. Returns are not guaranteed; drawdowns may occur. You acknowledge that plan terms—including lock-up periods, early exit penalties, and expense ratios—are binding upon subscription.
Self trading protocols
Market orders
Execute immediately at the best available price. Subject to volatility and partial fills.
Limit orders
Execute only at your specified price or better. May remain open until filled or cancelled.
Stop & trailing stops
Trigger market or limit orders when price thresholds are met. Not guaranteed in fast markets.
Risk controls
Position limits, margin requirements, and liquidation rules apply per your account tier.
Sector-specific terms
Stocks & ETFs
Exposure to listed equities carries market, liquidity, and currency risk. Dividends and distributions are not guaranteed.
Crypto assets
Digital assets are highly volatile. Network congestion, forks, and regulatory changes may affect availability and valuation.
Real estate & alternatives
Illiquid sleeves may restrict redemptions. Valuations may rely on appraisals and infrequent mark-to-market updates.
Fixed income & cash
Yields reflect prevailing rates and issuer credit quality. Early redemption may incur penalties where applicable.
Deposits & withdrawals

Transactions involving prohibited persons, entities, or jurisdictions.
Abusive automation
Bots or scripts that degrade service, circumvent rate limits, or exploit errors.
Liability & indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the platform, its affiliates, officers, and agents from claims arising from your breach of these Terms, violation of law, or misuse of services.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including lost profits, data loss, or business interruption. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the fees you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the event, except where prohibited by applicable law.
Dispute resolution
Disputes shall first be addressed through our support channels. Unresolved matters may be submitted to binding arbitration or courts of competent jurisdiction as specified in your account agreement, subject to mandatory consumer protections in your region.
Amendments
We may update these terms periodically. Material changes will be notified via email or in-app notice. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance. If you do not agree, you must cease using the platform and withdraw eligible balances.
